ABOUT THE INSPECTION

All reports are generated using a Dell Axim X51V hand held computer with 3D home inspection software. The reports are complete with digital photos and are available the same day as the inspection via e-mail. The inspector will complete a limited visual inspection of, but not limited to:
• crawl spaces & basements
• plumbing & electric panels
• hot water tanks & heat pumps
• furnaces & central air units
• foundations
• windows & doors
• attics, roofs & chimneys
Dishwashers and appliances will be operated when necessary.

ABOUT THE RADON TEST

We use the E-Perm radon testing equipment and have an in-house laboratory. All analyzing of the E-Perm electrets will be performed at our office. The test results will be available the same day as the test is terminated via fax or e-mail.
Shane Hissem is the primary testing individual (PTI) and is certified to perform radon testing and analyzing of E-Perm electrets in the state of PA through the National Radon Safety Board certification number 6SS0040
